  • 50% deposit is required before work begins on your order.

  • All of our jewelry is custom-made to your specifications.

  • Please review all design details carefully before providing final approval.

  • Once a custom order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.

  • Photos or design references you provide will only be used for the purpose of creating your jewelry.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays outside our control (e.g., carrier issues, weather) are not our responsibility.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once your order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

5. Warranties & Repairs

  • We offer three warranty tiers for our custom jewelry:

    Free Warranty (included with every purchase)

    • Covers issues with the setting, resizing, and professional cleanings.

    Lifetime Warranty ($300)

    • Includes all Free Warranty services.

    • Covers repairs on your stone for up to 3 years from the date of purchase.

    Extended Warranty ($450)

    • Includes all Free Warranty services.

    • Covers repairs on your stone for up to 5 years from the date of purchase.

    Warranty Limitations:

    • Normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs are not covered under any warranty.

    • Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.

    • Repairs or replacements beyond the warranty coverage may be offered at an additional cost.6. Limitation of Liability
